Two rezoning-adjacent hearings follow: the third phase of Apex Light Industrial\, and the September round of amendments to the development ordinance.\n\nThe night's other business is the council's own appointment machinery\, and this is the fourth time it has come up. Work sessions on 18 and 25 August and again on 15 September took up a ballot-style process for filling five advisory boards\, and the planning board voted on the ordinance amendments behind it on 14 September. The town holds 69 applications for the regular\, youth and senior seats on those boards.
