It will advance one of four candidate transportation projects\, and only after testing what it does to town finances\, having concluded that the existing $57 million portfolio must be substantially finished before taking on another that could move the property tax rate.\n\nOn parks it did the same. The five-year plan was built around a $60 million bond referendum that failed in 2024\, and recreation fees in lieu will not cover it.
