The Planning Board recommended approval unanimously with one change: doubling the mailing notice before a neighborhood meeting from 14 days to 30.\n\nThe board also fills the Register of Deeds vacancy left by a resignation in mid-August\, and honors Commissioner Jamezetta Bedford\, who died in June\, by naming the crisis diversion facility now under construction after her.
