Summit Design & Engineering filed it for the ABC Board and the current owner\, Charles A. Wells.\n\nBecause it is a conditional district\, the site plan and any agreed conditions bind what can be built there. Staff on the county's development advisory committee recommended conditions\, which are written into the draft ordinance. The applicant held a neighborhood meeting at the Cedar Grove Community Center on July 22\, and owners within 1\,000 feet were notified by mail 14 days before this meeting. The county commissioners are expected to hold the public hearing on October 6.
