Staff on the county's development advisory committee recommended conditions\, which are written into the draft ordinance. The applicant held a neighborhood meeting at the Cedar Grove Community Center on July 22\, and owners within 1\,000 feet were notified by mail 14 days before this meeting. The county commissioners are expected to hold the public hearing on October 6. An ADA certified rider brings a personal care attendant free and one companion at the rider's fare.\n\nThe guide also sets out a three-level passenger code of conduct. Level I brings a suspension of 30 days to three months\, Level II 90 days to six months\, and Level III at least 180 days or a permanent exclusion. A suspended rider can appeal in writing within 30 days and ask for a hearing with the transportation director.
