The mayor recommended continuing the system to that date under written conditions — monthly audits of every search\, 30-day data retention\, no new cameras without board approval\, and a standing bar on using it for traffic enforcement\, immigration enforcement\, reproductive care investigations or facial recognition — with a decision point in November.\n\nFour unified development ordinance amendments came with public hearings: definitions\, wetland protection standards\, the annexation procedure and the accessory use table. The planning board had recommended all four on 20 April.
