Chapel Hill's Community Design Commission reviews final plans for a Postino restaurant, part of the University Place development, and a certificate of appropriateness modification for 1301 Fordham Boulevard in the Blue Hill district at its November 10 meeting. Both items were moved to the consent agenda and approved without separate discussion.

The commission also amended its October minutes to note its earlier discussion of a Chase Bank application and its encouragement of drought-tolerant native plants when replacing existing vegetation.
