Staff ran nearly 9,000 points of contact with residents through focus groups, in-person and digital surveys, and multilingual outreach, including sessions for Mandarin-speaking residents at the Seymour Center. A consultant, Berry Dunn, will bring a detailed analysis and recommendations for the final plan to council this summer. Council is asked only to receive the report.
