How the votes went

The Fourth/Fifth Amendment civil rights resolution passed unanimously. The Carolina North letter and nominee list stalled on an initial failed motion, but council reconsidered, split the letter from the nominee list, and ultimately approved transmitting the letter to UNC. The Project Seats incentive resolution (R-2) was adopted unanimously after the public hearing closed.
