Ten decisions in two hours and forty-eight minutes, every one carried 3-0 by the three regular members.

Six assessments came down and four stood. Nearly every appeal was argued on comparable properties or the condition and maintenance of the house, and the board accepted the county's recommendation in nine cases and revised it in three.

Two decisions went below what the owner had asked for, which did not happen at any of the board's 2025 sittings. On one parcel the assessment stood at $223,100, the owner put it at $179,150, and the board set $176,900. On another the county had it at $638,800, the owner at $606,200, and the board set $602,200. In both the board was accepting or revising the county's own recommendation rather than the owner's argument, and the county's figure simply landed lower than the owner's.

The largest assessment before the board, at $1,098,100 against an owner's opinion of $918,769, was left unchanged. One revision applied a 10 percent economic modifier.
