The board took no action on either plan. The Trails Plan came first, presented by the director of the environment, agriculture, parks and recreation department, with discussion on phasing. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan presentation was deferred to the board's next meeting.

The board also approved minutes from its June 3 meeting and notes from that day's training session. Its ordinance review committee met immediately afterward. The board adjourned unanimously at 8:16 p.m.
