Apex's environmental advisory board reviewed two rezoning cases on 20 August: the Prince Farms planned unit development, case 26CZ09, and Veridea Expansion V, case 26CZ10. The board advises the town council on environmental policy and reviews rezonings for their environmental effects, so what it says here reaches the council before the council votes.

The rest of the meeting was the board's own housekeeping and one substantive discussion. Four sets of draft minutes were up for approval, including three months of data center subcommittee minutes and two of tree canopy subcommittee minutes. Under old business the vice-chair brought suggested zoning conditions, and the board planned to recess into a work session upstairs to keep discussing them.
