The committee approved its own slate of applicants for open seats on a motion from Maria Munoz-Blanco, seconded by Cara H Lewis. It then elected Trudy J Ohnsorg chair and Cara H Lewis vice chair for 2026, on a motion from Lauren Whittaker seconded by Mary Margaret Barnes.

William Lewis presented the November cultural arts report. Ally Parker presented on the town's youth programs and Teen Council, and Robbie Stone, Russ Hughes and Jewel Kichak led a guided tour of the Cary Arts Center's history. No members of the public spoke.
