The committee approved the December 17 agenda and the November 19 minutes without objection, on a motion by Mary Margaret Barnes seconded by Joann Keyton. William Lewis discussed the December cultural arts report and went over the proposed FY 2027 grant review schedule, giving each member a copy of both; members raised no questions on either. No one signed up for public comment, and liaison reports from the Teen Council, the Cary Art Daze Work Group, the Amphitheatre Advisory Committee and Friends of Page-Walker drew no discussion.
