What's on this agenda

Wake Forest's Planning Board continues review of a revised Community Plan and Land Use Map, carried over from Jan. 31. The March 2 draft would replace the 2009 plan, setting nine goals for growth, housing, transit and green space over the next 10 to 20 years. Staff recommends approval or approval with modifications, with a public hearing tentatively set for April 19.

The board also takes up minutes from its Jan. 31 meeting. No other business appears on the agenda.
