The Wake Forest Planning Board takes up three rezonings covering close to 75 acres, all filed by companies rather than individual owners. McAdams Company wants 44.42 acres at Jenkins Road and Capital Boulevard rezoned for a mixed residential and neighborhood business project called Amavi. GGP Wake Forest LLC and The Site Group, PLLC each want tracts along Burlington Mills Road rezoned for residential and neighborhood mixed use.
