Morrisville's Planning and Zoning Board returns to a development agreement for Town Center Phase I on July 11, after recommending it for approval on June 13. The deal, with Singh Development LLC, covers 16.4 acres near Town Hall. It sets up a mixed-use core with housing, retail and office space, plus a Town Green for public gatherings.
