A rezoning request, REZ-23-0013, would convert 22 parcels from Main Street, Conditional Main Street and Town Center Residential zoning to Main Street Planned Development. That clears the way for Phase 1 of the town's Town Center project. A separate proposal, REZ 22-0012, would amend the Park West Village Mixed-Use Planned Development, a 12.87-acre property the town approved in 2008. It would update development standards for open space and tree preservation as the project adapts to current market conditions. Both come up for public comment.

Neither was quick. Town Center Phase 1 went to a council hearing on 28 November, was scheduled to continue on 9 January and be decided on 23 January, and lost the January hearing when snow closed that meeting; the council took it up again on 23 January. Park West Village returned to this board on 14 December and was still before the Town Council the following August. The board opens this meeting with a joint work session with the Town Council, votes on minutes from its October 12 meeting, approves its 2024 meeting schedule, and takes nominations for 2024 chair and vice chair.
