The commission voted unanimously to recommend the town pursue a Certified Local Government grant for the Nancy Jones House: a paint microscopy analysis paired with a public exhibit. Principal planner Rachel Smith outlined the state-administered grant's eligibility and funding levels before the vote, and members discussed adding signage to build public awareness and support fundraising for the project.
