Cary's Zoning Board of Adjustment met virtually on 6 July with two written resolutions in front of it and nothing else. Both record decisions the board had already reached at its 1 June hearing, and both concern a special use permit and its development plan: an office and warehouse for Uniquities at Gateway Centre, and outdoor seating for Beer Box Cary at Gathering Park Circle.

A resolution is the paperwork of a quasi-judicial decision rather than the decision itself. In both cases the applicant's counsel drafted it, the town attorney and the board's own attorney reviewed it, and the board adopted it with small corrections.

The Uniquities resolution was adopted with minor revisions for clarity and the Beer Box resolution with a typo correction.
