The board approved the previous meeting's minutes unanimously. Nobody from the public attended, so the comment period passed without speakers. The marketing and special events coordinator went through the town's annual events and the sponsorship opportunities attached to them.

On the FY25 list, the Action Park parking lot design is being finalized for a late spring or early summer bid, the Hilltop Needmore trail improvements are out to bid, and the Alston Ridge Greenway should finish by the end of the calendar year. Plans are under way to replace the Library Park shelter and add seating. Among the FY26 projects, the town board picked concept 2 for the South Park Community Center renovation, the Willow Spring Park design contract went to Site Collaborative with concepts due in three to five months, and the Banks Road contract was awarded for a 325-foot field with LED lighting. The Action Park field lighting upgrade is nearly done. All nine weeks of summer camp at both community centers are full. The board meets next on April 13 and adjourned at 8:00 pm.
