Saint Matthew Catholic Parish asks the county to accept a permanent conservation easement on about 26.1 wooded acres. In return the parish would transfer about 68,215 square feet of impervious surface credit to its campus at 1001 Mason Road for a planned expansion. The parish pays nearly all the costs.
