What its portal carries is video and a set of section bookmarks, and its own API confirmed as much for the 1 September and 15 September meetings: no published files, no agenda flag set.
Sitting length is nearly the only measure that varies. The 21 April meeting spent about 234 of its minutes on public hearing cases, the longest stretch seen here, while other 2026 meetings run 45 minutes to two hours. A 3 March meeting's video index named one matter directly, a floodplain map update, but most name nothing.
