The Board of Adjustment heard the violation dispute on 20 August, the Planning Board recommended rezoning the common area 6-0 on 8 September, and the commissioners hold a hearing on 6 October on replacing the amenities with a canopy and playground.
The 3832 Rogers Road annexation and rezoning came back for a linked hearing on 18 August under a new applicant.
