The board unanimously recommended approval of the comprehensive plan amendment and the semiannual UDO text amendments, 7-0 each. On the Seasons at Wilbon rezoning, from Rural Residential to Neighborhood Residential Conditional zoning, members pressed the applicant on traffic signals, road widening along Piney Grove Wilbon Road, and HOA maintenance of wetlands before splitting 4-3 to recommend approval; the plan consistency statement itself passed 5-2.

For the Courtyards at Holly Grove major subdivision, members asked about pedestrian crossing safety, the Avent Ferry Road widening timeline, and phased sewer improvements before recommending approval 7-0, then amended the motion to correct the submitting firm's name to McAdams. Staff also briefed the board on a promotion within Development Services and on microtransit updates, and noted the next meeting is pushed to November 19 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
