The Planning Board recommended 8-0 that the Town Council approve the semiannual UDO text amendments, 26-UDO-01. It first adopted a staff-recommended plan consistency statement, also 8-0. Board members raised questions about newspaper notice requirements and wording on mailed notices. They also asked about a proposal to move car washes and tasting rooms out of conditional-district review in the neighborhood mixed-use zone. Staff said it would weigh the feedback before a final draft.
