The state ABC auditor went through the 2025 audit with the board, which finalized its response and signed the certificate of accountability at the same meeting. The general manager reported on sales and the stores' ranking within the state, and on operations at Store #1 downtown and Store #2 at Northwood Landing.

The board set its meeting dates for the rest of the year, on the third Tuesday of each month at 3 pm at the Sanford Road store. It also opened preliminary budget discussion and took up planning for an assistant finance officer, the staggering of board terms, and a remote meeting policy covering the board, staff and the public.
