Staff Recommendation: Based on public input and feedback, staff recommends Option 2, as it provides the greatest opportunity to enhance connectivity and better align the park with the community’s vision. Suggested Motion: “Motion to proceed with <Option 1 or 2>.”
4.II Chatham Park - Section 6.3 Village Park Soccer Complex

Staff Recommendation: Based on the evaluation of the Additional Elements criteria, staff recommends acceptance of the proposed Village Park site, as it meets the Town’s parkland requirements. Suggested Motion: "a motion to approve Village Park Section 6.3, as presented, as dedicated parkland, with the understanding that approval is for the property in its current condition and that the site will remain in its natural state without additional disturbance or improvements."
4.III Chatham Park – South Village Parkland E2 Relocation

Staff Recommendation: Based on previous discussion, Staff recommends that PARAB determine whether it would like to further pursue Option 3 or discuss additional alternatives. Suggested Motion: “a motion to approve the relocation of parkland identified as Section 2.2 or 2.3 (E2) to Option [#], as presented, with the understanding that approval is for the property in its current condition and that the site will remain in its natural state without disturbance or improvements.”
