Three of the four discussion items were never reached. The committee did not take up promotion team updates, first-quarter team meeting dates or the mid-year status of the downtown program. It did review the 2025-26 projects and budget lines and discuss what to ask for in 2026-27.

The downtown director, who chaired the meeting herself, reported changes to the committee's membership, and the committee nominated Maria Parker-Lewis as temporary vice chair. She accepted, and the committee voted to recommend her to the Downtown Advisory Board. Members also reviewed foot traffic data the director presented from Placer.ai. The meeting ran an hour.
