The committee ranked its 2026-27 priorities as wayfinding signage first, public art second and improvement grants third, and recommended them 6-0.

It recommended the draft work plan 6-0 on the same rolling terms the other committees used, and added a list: help with the Dorothea Lane installations, Robeson Creek connections, research on more pedestrian connections, a review of the downtown maintenance list, a plan for an arts incubator, extending the art exhibition into downtown, reviewing roofscapes, a downtown mascot, an arts district, a poet laureate, and Arbor Day and Tree City designation.
