    approved · Pass · Thomas nominated Mitchell to be chair of the Planning Commission. Green nominated himself to be chair of the Planning Commission. Mitchell was elected to chair the Planning Commission by the vote below. Green was unanimously elected to vice-chair of the Planning Commission.
