The commission elected Jonathan Mitchell chair over Geoffrey Green, 5-2, with Green and Mike Zibaie casting the dissenting votes. It then elected Green vice chair without opposition. It approved its October 21 and November 18 minutes on unanimous 7-0 votes.

The commission also recommended four applicants for Town Council to interview for the commission's own vacant seats: Julia Chamberlain, Peter Maniloff, E. Strother Murray-Ndinga and Erik Valera. That vote was 6-0, with member Libby Thomas absent by that point in the meeting. As a planning commission, the recommendation goes to council rather than taking effect on its own. No rezoning or development application was on the agenda, and the meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
