Chapel Hill's Historic District Commission reviews Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications for three properties: a written decision for 304 N. Boundary Street on the consent agenda, and evidentiary hearings for 308 W. Cameron Avenue and 208 Glandon Drive / 209 N. Boundary Street.
