The board elected Raul Herrera chair and Dave Blankfard vice chair, each by a 7-0 vote. It also adopted the day's agenda and approved minutes from its Feb. 11 meeting, both 7-0.

Senior Planner Tom King told the board several members would be away over the summer and gave a brief update on the Unified Development Ordinance rewrite. No quasi-judicial cases came before the board, and members raised no concerns when King asked about board operations.
