Meeting recap

What happened, drawn from the records published after the meeting. Minutes

This is the earliest point in the year where the Blackwood Farms marker appears on the commission's agenda as an action item, and it runs from here through June, August and on to the Parks and Recreation Council in September - a commemorative marker moving between the body that decides what it should say and the body that owns the land it will stand on.

The commission is also holding internal elections alongside its membership vacancies, and fixing the date of the retreat that produced its subcommittee charters, three-year strategy and ten-year vision.

Its standing public comment rule is worth repeating because of what the body does: speakers are asked not to share personal identifying information or details of an active complaint or investigation, and the chair may redirect anyone who does to the complaint process, so a public meeting does not become the hearing.
