The senior center assessment for 2025 accreditation was added to the agenda during adoption. The board went through the draft and recommended changes to the wording of survey questions.

Under watch list items, the council liaison reported the Rodgers and Meridian West parking garages opening soon and the social district opening December 1. The board's own annual work plan was pushed to December.

How the votes went

The agenda was amended to add the senior center assessment and move the work plan to December, then adopted without objection on a motion by Murray seconded by Singh. The October minutes were approved without objection.
