Pittsboro's planning board takes Chatham Park's South Village back up on Monday, this time as four section design plans it can actually vote on. Staff recommend approval of PB-26-243, covering sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.4 and D2, with conditions set out in the staff report. The developer presents the plans first and staff follow with a transportation update on the same part of South Village, which is where the town's litigation with three groups over the South Village small area plan has centered.
