Four of the five members attended. The board approved its 2024 meeting schedule 4-0, re-elected William Hedrick as chair 4-0, and elected Jonathan Bivens as vice-chair 4-0. The September minutes were approved by the same margin.

Staff used their comments to set up the year ahead. The assistant planning director asked members to review the handbook before January and said outside speakers would deliver training on dates yet to be set. The senior planner told the board there would be no December meeting, and that he would email members once the Board of Commissioners had voted on a new alternate. The training arrived on 18 January, delivered by the town attorney.
