Murals would have to stay free of peeling paint or damage, carry anti-graffiti coating and UV-resistant paint, and could not include commercial advertising, obscenity, or political or derogatory content. The board's own recommendation would then go to the Town Council, which holds a public hearing before acting on the amendment.
