Staff listed coffee with council members, muffins with the mayor, sustainability and environmental tours, fitness and history classes — programming placed in the community rather than at one building. Staff had also presented to forty residents at Heritage Pines. The board confirmed attendance for a July meeting falling close to the Fourth.
