Search

This searches every agenda item, meeting summary and set of meeting captions on file, across every government here.

Other ways in

Agenda items lists individual items with the wording that matched. Compare governments ranks who does more of something, normalized by size. Trends shows a subject over time, and side by side puts two governments against each other. The map draws every piece of land a board has taken up, and answers an address.

What works

A case number. Type it as it appears — 25-REZ-16, ZTA-2026-05, A-2026-01. The whole number is matched, so a rezoning case will not come back mixed in with every budget line that contains a 16.

A street or a place. Names are indexed from agenda text, so a road that has come up at a board meeting is findable by name.

A subject in your own words. Agendas write "shared-use path" where most people say "greenway", and "automated license plate reader" where people say "Flock". Searching either one finds both, and the page says which other wordings it looked for.
