A resolution would let the town manager sign off on abandoning permanent drainage easements on a 12.94-acre tract at 218 Southport Drive, at the request of owner CC Morrisville Owner, LLC, which is redeveloping the site as the Novel Development. Staff found the easements are no longer needed under the new site plan.

A resolution would have the town accept streets built by developer Chesapeake Homes in the Myers Point subdivision -- Jeremiah Street, Myers Point Drive and Taylor Glen Drive, about a third of a mile combined -- for public maintenance once the standard warranty period runs.
