Both decisions passed 8-0. The board recommended installing the two robot sculptures at the entrance of the West Street parking lot, south of the downtown traffic circle, and appointed an interim vice chair for the promotions committee.

On the draft budget, staff asked for an additional downtown position alongside event-specific requests. The board discussed that request, its use of mobile location data, and how to get the most from the budget. On the South Masonic Street conditional rezoning it told staff which building typologies it thinks fit downtown Pittsboro and what the conditions might cover.
