Durham's council takes up two rezoning public hearings: Preserve at Infinity, which would shift land out of low-density residential (with a utility extension agreement and Eno Watershed Overlay protections) into a planned residential/office development, and a second phase of the Top Golf Durham mixed-use project, converting industrial park land near I-40 to commercial use. The council also votes on a resolution to authorize condemnation of four parcels on E.
