Chapel Hill's economic development department gave council an update on its work, and planning staff asked for feedback on both the ongoing rewrite of the town's Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) and on how much residential density the town should plan for in its Southern Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, an area south of town where Chapel Hill has land-use authority.
