The board voted 9-0 to recommend changes to the town's park and greenway rules: a ban on special events on greenways on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., a 10 mph speed limit on greenways, and a ban on pets in playground areas defined by fall-zone safety surfacing. The recommendation goes to the Board of Commissioners for final action.

On the Kings Highway Park master plan, members reviewed the Community Connectivity Plan, the Comprehensive Sustainability Plan and a draft Orange County trails plan, and agreed the alignment in the Comprehensive Sustainability Plan is the most feasible route for a pedestrian connection to downtown and West Hillsborough. Commissioner Robb English told the board a rezoning application for Oakdale Village is pending before the town, and Hooper Schultz reported he will become the Planning Board's chair as Frank Casadonte's term ends. The board also approved its Nov. 18, 2025 minutes and the agenda itself, both 9-0.
