The Twin Creeks proposal appears on three county boards inside a month: here as new business, before the Commission for the Environment on 8 June as a presentation, and before the historic preservation commission on 24 June as a question about the historic buildings on the site. A wildlife organisation wants the farmstead as its operations base with a nature centre in the park, and each board owns a different piece of the answer - the use, the environment, and the buildings.

The joint meeting with the transportation board is unusual enough to be worth noting. Trails sit between the two: a greenway is a park to one board and a route to the other, and the county's draft trails plan was in front of both that month.
