Both items passed unanimously and the board adjourned at 5:17 PM.
The transit plan map amendments follow from the prioritisation plan the board recommended a month earlier. Staff noted afterwards that the public hearing had not formally been opened before the vote; the chair opened it, nobody came forward, and it was closed with the motion and vote left standing.
On the development ordinance amendments, a member asked whether the Jordan Lake watershed critical area appears on the town's development map. Staff said it does not yet, that water resources is working with the mapping department to add the layer, and that in any case all the critical zones lie outside Apex.
Staff also gave notice of two public forums for Peak Plan 2055, the town's long-range plan, on 22 and 23 October, and that transit plan map changes would go to the town council on 28 October.
