The board holds a public hearing on $75 million in bond orders headed to a referendum. The package covers $23.72 million for roads, $24.43 million for parks and recreation, $14.35 million for greenways and $12.5 million for parking. Two land-use hearings follow. One considers a 71.46-acre rezoning of the Wake Union tract, filed by Kimley-Horn, from Conditional Use Highway Business to two mixed-use conditional districts. The other considers a 29-acre annexation for Holding Village Phase 10, petitioned by RP HV Lakeside LLC and Tri Point Homes Holdings Inc.
