Wake Forest commissioners took up a rewritten Unified Development Ordinance on December 17, 2024, the town's whole set of land use rules replaced at once. Case TA-24-01 got a public hearing and then a vote the same night, with the planning board's recommendation, a plan consistency analysis and the public comments received on the draft all in the record.
