Two Cary Teen Council representatives presented the council's website and led a discussion on how to improve it. Members asked how often its Local Updates section would be refreshed and confirmed the site has a translation function.

The board also kept working on its community conversation partnership series, discussing possible partners including the Hindu Society of North Carolina and Kids Together and weighing a virtual option. Members agreed to aim for September 2026 and will each bring three potential partner organizations to the March meeting. The board made no recommendation to Town Council at this meeting; it advises the Council on human relations, inclusion and diversity matters.
